The ABH Specialist 1 is responsible for compliance monitoring of the ABH network and subcontract providers, coordination of ABH Incident Reports and Complaints Reports, Tracking/Trending of Data, and working with providers to generate applicable interventions for non-performance of HEDIS and other measures. Monitoring is generally performed at the network provider site, involving day travel and occasional overnight travel. Must have excellent interpersonal and writing skills. Able to sit upright at a desk and work at a computer for extended periods. Work requires the ability to use standard corporate software packages and applications, as well as standard office machines.
