The Admissions Coordinator II will develop and maintain positive relationships with external and internal customers. Be responsive to external and internal customers in addressing their needs by making appointments to best meet their schedules in a timely and courteous manner. Answer phone calls in relation to appointments and return phone calls daily. Monitor waiting area to ensure clients are being served in a timely manner; making sure lobby is empty before leaving for the day. Make mail run daily. Check in patients for assist in completing necessary paperwork. Log time of arrival to insure patient is being seen in a timely and organized manner. Run call list for next day appointments and make daily reminder calls. Serve as an active treatment team member by providing information related to client problem areas, strengths, family involvement, client resources and treatment/service needs. Direct patient to appropriate units as needed. Process No Show Report and mail letters weekly. Enter SALS when needed. Have patient sign Service agreement when needed.
