Description/Job Summary

Primary responsibility is the support and maintenance of the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) as well as additional software supported by HRMS including upgrades, software patches, testing, and various assigned special projects.  This position works directly with internal customers from assigned functional areas to ensure data integrity, testing of system changes, analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.  This position will plan, design, and execute routine and ad hoc reporting and auditing for Federal/State agencies, HR, and internal Departments.  Reports will be developed, tested, and maintained using Crystal reports, MS Excel, and HRMS Business Reporting. 

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; OR (4) four years related work; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience,
  •  Strong conceptual, analytical and quantitative skills required.
  •  Critical thinking and ability to work independently.
  •  Experience with Crystal Reports and Excel; SQL database language is preferred.
  •  Ability to learn software applications with minimal instruction.
  •  Must be a self starter with strong communications skills and capable of independently addressing    problems and responding to data analysis and reporting requirements.
