Primary responsibility is the support and maintenance of the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) as well as additional software supported by HRMS including upgrades, software patches, testing, and various assigned special projects. This position works directly with internal customers from assigned functional areas to ensure data integrity, testing of system changes, analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. This position will plan, design, and execute routine and ad hoc reporting and auditing for Federal/State agencies, HR, and internal Departments. Reports will be developed, tested, and maintained using Crystal reports, MS Excel, and HRMS Business Reporting.
