The Wraparound Counselor will implement the Family Support Team this individual will facilitate services with accessibility and flexibility for families who are at risk for occurrence or reoccurrence of child abuse and neglect. As an intervention counselor, this individual will make provisions for crisis response, diversion, in-home services, cause coordination, and aftercare. Participates in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement (CQUIP) activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services.
• Minimum of two years experience working with children and families.
• Able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Additional languages preferred.
• Excellent social skills; presentation skills and communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
