The primary duties of this position are to customarily and regularly direct the work of at least one or more full-time employees or their equivalent. Authority to hire and/or fire staff (or whose suggestions and recommendations as to the hiring, firing, advancement, promotion or any other change of status of other employees are given particular weight). Duties also include: managing all aspects of front flow and coordination, assisting clients with their appointments, managing client registration and unit scheduling, managing inventories and distribution of general office supplies and providing appropriate administrative support services to ensure an effective and efficient operation of unit.
