Build and maintain effective relationships with management/supervisory staff to provide advice, guidance and support to management and supervisors with respect to all matters relating to employee relations. Provide effective Employee Relations support to all employees in a way that fosters an environment of open communication, nonjudgmental and trust and mutual respect. Provide new employee orientation and other Employee Relations training as needed. Assist Employee Relations Manager and Senior Employee Relations Specialist with conducting fair, unbiased, appropriate and timely investigations into employee complaints and other matters requiring
