The primary duties of the Registration Coordinator include managing front desk, assisting clients with their appointments, managing client registration and unit scheduling, and providing appropriate administrative support services to ensure an effective and efficient operation of unit. Other duties may include verifying client insurance, collecting necessary data on clients recieving services and accurately inputing that data into record-keeping database, collect and timely submit billing data to appropriate department, open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email, file and retrieve organizational documents, records, and reports, collect and maintain inventory of office supplies, arrange for repair and maintenance of office equipment, support staff in assigned projects, maintain knowledge of populations served, monitor clients as appropriate and communicate with others regarding client risk situations and meeting assigned deadlines.
This position is expected to maintain a performance evaluation score of 3 or greater on each measured item (post 90-day introductory period)
