Responsible for the management and oversight of LCI’s Risk Management Services. Primary duty is exercising discretion and independent judgment to identify, investigate, analyze and evaluate risk that may result in loss, injury or legal liability to Lakeview Center, Inc. (LCI). Responsible for leading and supervising projects and initiatives to ensure quality work performance and adherence to regulatory compliance issues across the organization with regards to Risk Management.
Work with Risk Managers at Families First Network (FFN) and West Florida Community Care Center (WFCCC) and Chautauqua Health Care Services (CHCS) to analyze risk-based performance within those two divisions of LCI, and partner with those Risk Managers to address and prevent risk in their facilities.
Be available for, and initiate, meetings with management to identify and address risk issues that exist in their particular units, and collaborate with management, Risk Management team and VP of Corporate Development to develop plans and processes to minimize such risk.
Responsible for receiving, analyzing and investigating Incident Reports received:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and at least two years experience in risk management OR at least five years experience in the Risk Management field.
Must possess a strong skills set in data analysis and presentation. Experience with Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be available to respond to issues as they arise 24/7.
