This position is responsible for accurately scanning and validating case/provider file documentation in the electronic record system. Therefore, insuring the electronic medical records contain the most recent information on hand. Assignments/tasks are expected to be executed with considerable independence and maintain compliance with established facility policies and procedures, contract requirements, organization bylaws, and federal and state regulations/laws.
