Description/Job Summary

This position is on a RESPECT contract that requires most of the work hours to be performed by employees with disabilities. Due to program requirements, this particular position needs to be filled by a person meeting the Ability One criteria.

RELIEF, ON-CALL MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSMust have a high school diploma or GED equivalent. One (1) year of experience in customer service, office support or accounting. Must possess computer skills including excel/spreadsheet knowledge. Strong written and verbal communication skills along with conflict resolution skills. Ability to work flexible hours required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure documents are completed timely. Comply with information requests (e.g. credentialing, procedures), written or verbal, following all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality. Work closely with assigned program and finance staff to provide efficient and effective administrative support services. Collect and timely submit billing data to appropriate department. Must meet the Employee Standards of Performance. Operate office equipment normally used in routine daily work (i.e., computers, fax/copy machines, printers, telephone and voicemail systems). Works within a team-oriented environment to assure that all company/unit needs are met.
