The primary duty of this position is to direct the work of a Global Connections to Employment Information Technology Recruitment Team.  Provide the day-to-day management and supervision of the GCE Recruitment Team with regards to the pre-hire and selection process.  Performs a variety of supervisory and administrative duties designed to expedite the hiring process for GCE EITS leadership team.  Manage functions of the team for a smooth day-to-day operation and ensure confidentiality at all times.  Promote positive working relations through prompt and courteous service to both internal and external customers.      


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field with four years of experience (may substitute equivalent combination of education and/or years of experience in lieu of degree)
  • Four (4) years of previous supervisory experience
  • Four (4) years of recruiting experience in the technology industry
  • Ability to understand technology and to keep abreast of  technology trends in the industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently with good decision making skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed
  • Must have strong presentation skills and experience using spreadsheets, recruitment tools and MS Office software
  • Must meet background eligibility requirements for assigned work location.
