Description/Job Summary


Responsibility for providing consultation, training and product development to the Behavioral Health Division for use of electronic medical record to enhance and sustain clinical quality and practice management. Responsible for all aspects of planning, design, configuration, testing, implementation, maintenance and ongoing performance evaluation of clinical information systems. Analyze current end user service area requirements, procedure and workflow in order to provide application solutions that support and improve the organization and supports direct training efforts of program clinical supervisors.

  • Must possess a Master’s Degree in Social Services (psychology, social work and related studies)
  • Four (4) years’ experience in clinical service direct care; mental health, substance abuse and/or co-occurring disorders
  • One (1) year experience in development and delivery of clinical training
  • Ability to grasp technical information and to attend to detail.
  • Solid and effective written, interpersonal, oral and presentation skills
  • Demonstrates problem solving skills
  • Ability to plan and implement clinical information systems
