Description/Job Summary


Primarily responsible for providing excellent and timely customer service to all internal and external customers.  

  • Must have a high school diploma and three (3) to five (5) years of demonstrated customer service experience, human resources experience, or general office management. 
  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources or business related field may substitute for two (2) years of required experience.
  • Must have advanced prioritization and multi-tasking skills.  
  •  Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Software.
  • Must possess excellent telephonic, face-to-face, and email communication skills. 
Benefits Administration and Employee Service
  • Respond to individual benefit questions, concerns, or inquiries to ensure quick, equitable, courteous resolution.
  • Prioritize benefits requests from customer walk-ins, phone calls, emails, etc.
  • Maintain contact in person, and by phone or mail, with hospitals, physicians, insurance companies, employees, and beneficiaries to facilitate proper and complete utilization of benefits for all employees.
  • Resolve administrative problems, as well as employee issues with insurance coverage, with the carrier representatives.
