Description/Job Summary

Overview

Assist the Family Services Counselors by providing basic social services to children and/or families in need including transportation for clients, clerical assistance, tracking information and assessment and education services.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or G.E.D.
  • One (1) year experience in social, economic, health or rehabilitative setting, medical, nursing, child development or child care setting; OR one (1) year of post high school in education social services, economic, health, rehabilitative, medical or child care services may be substituted for the year of experience required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license from the state in which you reside, good driving record, and insurable under Center’s policy

These responsibilities do not reflect all duties the incumbent will be required to perform. This description serves as an overview only. Salary is based on experience.  Excellent fringe benefits. Days and hours may vary. This is an on-call position,  therefore, some nights and weekends may be worked.
