The Foster Home Recruitment Specialist will recruit and assess families as candidates to become licensed foster homes using outreach, marketing and public relations methods and techniques. The position will serve as the primary point of contact for potential
foster parents and will work with each prospective family as they begin the licensing process. Work as a member of a team to promote fostering as an opportunity and to solidify the organization as a partner with the community in meeting the needs of abused
and neglected children. Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Use data to inform practice. Work with a diverse population of individuals by using tact, diplomacy and flexibility.
