The mission at Lakeview Center, Inc. is helping people throughout life's journey. We are looking for a qualified candidate to become a part of this journey. In the WC Claim/Leave Support position, you will provide administrative support for Lakeview Center’s Workers’ Compensation/Leave Programs department.The incumbent will coordinate with doctor's offices and insurance agencies regarding WC claims, work to enhance the "Return to Work," program and administer LCI's FMLA/Leave programs.

Minimum Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent plus three (3) years of experience in Human Resources Administration. An Associates Degree in Human Resources or Business Management may substitute for two (2) years of experience. 
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards and Florida Statues with regard to Workers Compensation. 
  • Must be able to effectively utilize data base programs and Microsoft Office Software, including Excel.  
  • Must be knowledgeable of Leave Programs including FMLA.
