Takes responsibility for outcomes of actions and decisions and achieves results even in the face of challenges and setbacks. Generates creative ideas and solutions to problems; able to think outside the box. Analyzes problems systematically and logically, and is resourceful when developing and implementing solutions. Maintains all training requirements for license/certification retention if applicable. Participates in Division Strategic Planning Team, Division Quality Team and Program quality activities.
