Description/Job Summary

Overview

The primary duties of this position include  maintaining and organizing admission paperwork to promote efficiency and accuracy, coordinate new patient registrations, answer telephone and email inquiries related to admission paperwork,  and work closely with the Business Office, Central Client Registration and Medical Records to ensure accuracy of client records.

Qualifications

  • Associate‚Äôs degree from a college or university within areas of position responsibility and two (2) years experience(In lieu of degree, high school diploma or GED. Equivalent and  four (4) years experiences may be substitute
  • Two or more years of experience

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to safety perform job duties, as described above
  • Must be able to effectively document required aspects of job duties
  • Must be able to hear conversational speech, visually observe customer's behaviors for safety and communication effectively with customers
  • Requires occasional lifting and carrying items up to 20 pounds unassisted
  • Requires frequent bending, reaching and repetitive hand movement, standing, walking, squatting and sitting for an extended period of time with some lifting, pulling extended period of times and regularly throughout a regular work shift
