Lakeview Center is best known for its caring, compassionate treatment for people with mental health issues, drug and alcohol dependencies, or intellectual disabilities. The breadth and depth of these services are the most comprehensive in the region. They range from inpatient and residential treatment to a gamut of outpatient programs including trauma services, psychiatry, counseling, day treatment, and intensive, round-the-clock outpatient services to help people with severe mental illnesses safely remain in the community. We reach people of all ages from babies and children to adolescents and adults. In all, we offer more than 60 programs and services for the people of Northwest Florida.

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated, highly engaged, people & team oriented, positive individual for a team lead position on our IT team. This position is focused on general technologies used across our organization as well as data warehousing and associated reporting, dashboarding, etc. The following skills are essential: Ability to effectively lead and influence others within our team member oriented culture, ability to trouble shoot complex problems, ability to create and manage deadline driven plans and deliverables, critical thinking, ability to communicate clearly and concisely, ability to manage changing priorities, ability to gather requirements, ability to facilitate meetings, ability to document, Microsoft SQL Server (including but not limited to SQL Server database knowledge, Reporting Services, Analysis Services, Integration Services), Visual Studio, use of programming languages (such as C#, Visual BASIC), PowerBI, and Crystal Reports. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or a business-related field of study and ten (10) years’ experience in application system support with AND three (3) years supervisory experience preferred

   OR

  • High School Diploma/GED and fourteen (14) years’ experience in application system support with AND three (3) years supervisory experience. 
  • Experience must include rapid delivery of quality services with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude through advanced application support while working under the direction of senior programming staff members. 
  • This includes implementation and modification of processes to support defined enterprise business practices. 
  • Must be a self-starter, high-level producer, strong communication skills (both verbal and written). 
  • Able to independently address complex problems. 
  • Demonstrated regular use of structured programming languages and appropriate support tools, documentation development and maintenance and compliance with established shop standards. 
  • Reporting tools (such as Crystal, SSRS). Scripting Tools (such as JavaScript, VBScript). 
  • Programming Languages (such as VB, Java, C#, COBOL). 
  • Documentation Tools (such as Word). Database languages (such as TSQL, OracleSQL). ETL Tools (such as SSIS). 
  • Web languages (such as HTML, ASP.NET). Analysis Tools (such as Excel). 
  • Presentation tools (such as PowerPoint). Project management tools (such as MS Projects, MindJet). 
  • Must be able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings as appropriate.
