THIS IS A REMOTE WORK POSITION FOR THE FLORIDA GULF COAST REGION
This is a highly responsible position in which the individual will service in a multi-facet function by working with case management direct services staff and leadership, in addition to other internal and external agents within child welfare.
This position encompasses performing quality assurance and incident reporting activities as outlined in the agency’s contract, participating in case staffings, and providing technical assistance when required/requested by both internal and external child welfare entities, as directed by immediate supervisor.
This position is responsible for data entry into STARS and IRAS data systems as required; tracking, trending, and analysis of quality review and incident reporting data for the purpose of making recommendations to improve quality and to reduce adverse events.
