This position is responsible for providing the day-to-day handling releasing of patient medical records and the electronic records maintenance in compliance with the federal/state regulations, mental health/alcohol polices and procedures in accordance with 42 CFR and HIPAA confidentiality standards. This position must promote a positive working relation through prompt and courteous services to both internal and external customers.
