Description/Job Summary

Overview

The Access Behavioral Health Accreditation and Quality Improvement Manager is responsible for assisting the ABH Quality & Improvement Director in designing, building, and strategizing quality programs that meet NCQA, CMS, and Health Plan requirements, and that improve performance and population health outcomes for ABH members. Responsible for oversight of quality interventions for HEDIS and other performance measures, ensuring timely access to services and availability of providers, and working directly with providers to identify strategic interventions for improvement. May involve day travel and occasional overnight travel.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a Master’s degree in Behavioral Health or a related field.
  • Three (3) years’ work experience in the behavioral health care field.
  • Must be licensed in Florida as an LMHC or LCSW.
  • A working knowledge of Medicaid and other state medical records requirements preferred.
  • Must be able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings as appropriate.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license from the state in which you reside, a good driving record and be insurable under the corporate policy.
