The Director of Access Behavioral Health is responsible for the management and oversight of ABH staff. The Director of ABH is responsible for the ongoing area operations and for contract compliance for Access Behavioral Health network. Day travel as well as occasional overnight travel is required. Must have good organizational skills and be detailed oriented. Must have good interpersonal, presentation and writing skills. Will develop and present reports and training internal and external to ABH. Must be able to effectively communicate with health plans, providers, state agencies, stakeholders and others. Able to sit upright at a desk and work at a computer for extended periods. Work requires the ability to use standard corporate software packages and applications, as well as standard office machines.
