Description/Job Summary

Overview:

The Education Coordinator has the primary responsibility of providing support for assigned program. This is accomplished through maintaining documentation, developing capacity, coordinating events, and building sustainability. They will also supervise youth participation in the applicable program. In addition they will maintain compliance with funding guidelines and the strategic plans developed by the coalition. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in social services, education, communications, curriculum design or a related filed and one (1) year of applicable experience ORan equivalent combination of education and experience to equal five (5) years.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary staff.
  • Proficient with word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be Tobacco Free.
  • Must be able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings as appropriate.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license, a good driving record and be insurable under the corporate policy.
